A safety hook device for a front door and a rotation restriction device used for the same are disclosed. The safety hook device for a front door, according to the present invention, comprises: a safety hook latch fixing part which is installed in a front door frame; a safety hook operating part which is installed in the front door and is fastened and unfastened to/from the safety hook latch fixing part by the rotation thereof in a state that the front door is closed; and a rotation restriction device which restricts the rotation of the safety hook operating part in a position where the safety hook operating part is fastened to the safety hook latch fixing part.
