Diode split high voltage transformer for a television receiver

Such a high-voltage transformer has a multiplicity of part-windings (7) located in chambers (4) and diodes (3) located inbetween. It is the object to allow a multiplicity of diodes to be accommodated without the total space requirement for the transformer being significantly increased. Several diodes (3) distributed over the circumference are in each case arranged without mutual offset in the axial direction over a circumference of the coil former (1). Especially used for a "high-scan" television receiver with an extra-high tension of 35 kV.
