An improved choke configuration of the cut put part reduces brazing failure to enhance the productivity. The choke(30) of a magnetron includes multiple cylindrical shape buffer slits(32) having a certain length(l2) in a vertical direction and also being formed around an outer circumference of a flange(31) where an edge of the flange(31) is brazed to a A-seal(7), thereby reducing a brazing failure.
