FIELD: bioorganic chemistry, biology and medicine. SUBSTANCE: biogenic amine N-acyl derivatives of general formula: X-CO-NH-Y wherein X-CO is residue of amino- or fatty acid, and NH-Y is residue of serotin, tryptamine, histamine, histamine which modulate process of peroxide oxidation of lipids. Process for preparing compounds of formula: X-CO-NH-Y by acylation of amino group of biogenic amine with activated pentafluorophenyl esters of N-protected amino acids or fatty acid chlorides in organic solvent followed by purification by ion-exchange chromatography, isoelectric deposition or repeated extraction from water and organic solvents. EFFECT: improved properties of biogenic amine- N-acyl derivatives. |
