<p>PURPOSE: To provide an internal combustion engine driven power generating device which does not brought any problem with the drive of a load even if a control part is driven by the output of a generator. CONSTITUTION: The speed of an engine is controlled by controlling the amount of fuel supplied to an internal combustion engine 2 for driving a generator 1 by a control part 3 so as to controllably maintain the output voltage of the generator at a specified voltage. Also a fuel feed amount regulating device 7 at the control part 3 is so structured that the feed amount of fuel is reduced as a solenoid drive current is increased. Then the generator 1 is used as a power supply of the control part 3 which controls the amount of fuel fed to the internal combustion engine. In addition, the generator is controlled so that, when a load 6 on the generator 1 is zero, the solenoid drive current is brought to the maximum and, as the load 6 is increased, the solenoid drive current is decreased.</p> |
