Motor vehicle door locking system with central locking unit

The vehicle locking system includes a servo drive with electric motor and gear box, a lock support and an inner operating unit as well as an external operating unit. The vehicle door lock is accommodated in the centre column allocated to the vehicle side door. The lock keeper is located in the side door and projects from its endface, working reciprocally with the door lock. The inner operating unit is a mechanical operating unit with an inner operated Bowden tension cable and a Bowden tension operating lever. The outer operation has on one side a mechanical external operating unit with an external operating Bowden cable and operating lever, and on the other side has an electrical external operating unit with remote operation.
