The vertical unit (1) has a height according to the upper level of the base wall (2) and the upper surface (10) is parallel or inclined to the base (11). The upper surface (10) of the vertical unit (1) and/or the lower surface (30) of the bracket r plate (3) are provided with anti-slip finish. To the bracket plate (3) and/or colour and/or the profiled guide strip (34) and/or connecting panel of walking area is attached an upper step of staircase. In the space below the bracket plate (3) are assigned and/or fitted units of guard for energy distribution cables and safety devices. The lower level of the bracket plate (3) creates a covering of units for energy distribution cables and safety devices. The front side (14) of unit (1) includes a noise-absorbing part.
