<p>PURPOSE: To dispose of incineration ashes and smoke gas completely and to exhaust them in the state of at most a specified value by a construction wherein an incinerating burner and a melting burner are made to face the inside of a furnace in two stages and a part of about 1/3 of a furnace length in the depth is made a drying space, a part of about 1/3 thereof in the middle an incinerating space and a part of about 1/3 thereof in the vicinity of an outlet the incinerating space or a melting space. CONSTITUTION: This equipment has a rotary kiln type primary combustion furnace 4 which incinerates and melts materials to be disposed of, while rotating and agitating them, a secondary combustion furnace 6 which re-combusts exhaust gas, a cyclone dust collector 7, a smoke washing machine 8 using hydrated lime, etc. Herein the inner peripheral surface 4a of the rotary kiln type primary combustion furnace 4 is constructed by forming a ceramic layer 10 on castable refractory. Besides, an incinerating burner 11 and a melting burner 12 are made to face the inside of the furnace in tandem from the outlet side 4b thereof. A part of about 1/3 of a furnace length L in the depth is made a drying space S1, a part of about 1/3 thereof in the middle an incinerating space S2 and a part of about 1/3 thereof in the vicinity of an outlet thereof the incinerating space S2 or a melting space S3.</p> |
