<p>PURPOSE: To attain improving waring resistance of a plunger and to provide a method of its manufacture by applying a super hard material to a sliding part in the plunger for use of a high pressure pump of grout pump or the like. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical unit 1 of super hard material is arranged in a slide friction part of a plunger, providing a shaft 2 of high tension material in the inside, and the shaft 2 connects one end to a power transmitting side head 3, and a screw 21 in the other end and a parallel part 23 in the center part. The power transmitting side head 3 and a pump chamber side head 4 are provided with spanner hooks 33, 44, and the pump chamber side head 4 is provided with an internal screw 41 fitted to the screw 21. A seat packing 6 and an O ring 5 are mounted and by screws 21, 41, fastens the cylindrical unit 1 compressed tightly to the power transmitting side head 3 and the pump chamber side head 4.</p> |
