CONSTITUTION: When a latch member has failed to turn round up to an intermediate position between a half-latch position and a full-latch position within the specified elapsed time since the latch member has been rotated up to the half-latch position, a first judging part 57 outputs a malfunction detecting signal, and a control part 60 rotates a latch member driving motor 26 in reverse after stopping its rotation. In addition, when the latch member has failed to turn round up to the full-latch position within the specified elapsed time since it has passed through the intermediate position, a second judging part 58 outputs a malfunction detecting signal, and the control part 60 rotates the motor 26 in reverse after stopping its rotation.</p> |
