FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves insulin interaction with proteinase protein inhibitors in an aqueous solution in the presence of cross-linking agent. Ovomucoid from duck eggs is used as protein inhibitor of proteinase. Method ensures to obtain insulin derivatives activity of that at oral administration are equal to the parental insulin activity at subcutaneous administration. These insulin derivatives can be used as medicinal agent for treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus. EFFECT: improved method of insulin preparing. 2 cl
