FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has table, pusher, movable and fixed frames with cutting members, fixed stop, sheet retaining mechanism, pusher drive and movable frame drive. Drives are connected with engine. Swinging arm is fixed on movable frame. Pusher drive has eccentric, two bars provided with spring- loaded hooks and mounted for reciprocating in sheet feed direction, carriage and bracket carrying bush-and-roller chain. Stop is mounted on upper run and kinematically connected with carriage. Links of lower run are positioned above hooks for engagement with them. Movable frame drive has follower and crank with finger positioned for movement along crank axis and kinematically connected with follower and swinging arm of movable frame. Angle between crank axis and eccentric shift direction is 90 deg. Cutting members of fixed frame are formed as flat knives. Eccentric is fixed on shaft for stepped variation of eccentricity. EFFECT: increased capacity of apparatus by reduced wastes, increased service life and provision for fast readjustment of apparatus for manufacture of products of different sizes and configuration. 4 cl, 8 dwg |
