PURPOSE: To reduce field work by performing most of producing work of stairs striding between two building units in a factory. CONSTITUTION: Stairs 20 in a unit type building 1 are formed of a unit part 21 which constitutes most of stairs and is manufactured in a factory beforehand and is installed and upper and lower plate-like parts 22A and 22B which are installed above and below the unit part 21 at a job site and constitute a residual part of the stairs. These stairs 20 are arranged so as to stride over lower floor building units 3A and 3B adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction as well as to stride over the lower floor building units 3A and 3B and an upper floor building unit 4B. |
