PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of fixing any protecting hose system to a connecting element of an airplane. SOLUTION: A deformed portion of a support 31 is a preset stepped portion which is integrally joined to a larger portion having a larger diameter and a narrower portion having a smaller diameter. A conductive hose 5 covers the narrower portion of the support 31, the narrower portion being coaxially encircled with a nonconductive hose 6. The connection end 26 of a redirected hose 25 is provided with a slit in a smooth or smooth and partial form and the connection end 26 is provided with a smooth bush or a bush 27 having a slit in a smooth and partial form to coaxially encircle the nonconductive hose 6. The conductive hose 5 and one connection end 26 between the nonconductive hose 6 and the redirected hose 25 are fixed to the narrower portion of the support 31 with a tightening element 11.
