<p>PURPOSE: To provide plastic bottles which can absorbs the evacuated pressure in the bottle inside without decrease of the rigidity and retain more the shape at the lower part thereof. CONSTITUTION: Shallow recesses 10 are formed at the peripheral wall 7 of the body and deep recesses 9 having different planes are formed in the shallow recesses 10 so that the lower peripheral edge thereof extends to the lower outside of the shallow recesses and connects to the peripheral wall 7 of the body and further, the boundaries of both recesses are partitioned by ribs 11. The deformation of the bottle due to the increased or decreased inside pressure is absorbed by both recesses. The varied parts of the faces of both shallow recesses 10 and the deep recesses 9 and the ribs 11 retains the rigidity of bottle and the buckling strength of the lower peripheral wall 7 of the bottle increases in particular.</p> |
