PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of a data error at exchanging by controlling data exchange timing when exchanging data between asynchronous clocks. CONSTITUTION: A data exchange timing generation means 3 generating a data exchange timing pulse being change point information of received data synchronized with a reception clock from the reception clock and a data exchange timing synchronization means 2 synchronizing the data exchange timing pulse generated by the exchange timing generation means 3 with a transmission clock are provided. Furthermore, a data exchange means 1 converting received data synchronized with the reception clock into data synchronized with the transmission clock by using the data exchange timing pulse synchronized with the transmission clock is provided, and the clock with which received data is synchronized is exchanged from the reception clock to the transmission clock. |
