<p>PURPOSE: To provide a means which can give an alarm by detecting seismic intensity of an earthquake by a simple means. CONSTITUTION: An outside contact body 5 is housed in and supported within a vessel 2, and a plumb bob terminal 6 whose plumb bob is suspended by a suspending spring 8 is arranged in a central part of its inside, and a vibration detecting switch 4 is constituted. When lateral swinging in the arrow A1 direction or vertical swinging in the A2 direction acts on the vessel 2, the vessel 2 vibrates, but the plumb bob terminal 6 hardly moves, and the suspending spring 8 extends and contracts. When the outside contact body 5 comes into contact with the plumb bob terminal 6 by vibration of the vessel 2, the vibration detecting switch 4 is closed, and an alarm 13 is actuated.</p> |
