<p>PURPOSE: To output a vice message corresponding to message characters by providing the voice output device which outputs message character data, which is generated by a character generation means, as a voice. CONSTITUTION: When a message output request comes from a state discrimination means 13 which discriminates the plant state by the process quantity of a plant, a character generation means 14 generates analog message character data based on message information data in an analog message information file 12. A fundamental text and texts of individual alarm classifications are combined and fixed part data is added at need to generate the message character data. A voice output device 15 converts all character data to voices and takes the message character data generated by the character generation means 14 as the input and outputs it as a voice.</p> |
