The vertical part of the L-shaped air conduit is located in the cabin, and its horizontal part is located outside. The electric heater and fan are positioned in the L-shaped air conduit; the fan is placed in the zone of change of the direction of air flow, and the fan electric motor is installed outside the L-shaped air conduit.
