FIELD: chemical engineering; liquid extraction processes. SUBSTANCE: liquid distributor has transportation pipe and horizontal radial pipes connected perpendicularly to it; radial pipes have holes drilled in their lower portion for escape of liquid. Distributor is provided with main transportation chute, rectangular in shape which is located below, coaxially relative to transportation pipe; system of side rectangular chutes is connected to it; these chutes are located below radial pipes coaxially relative to them; distributor is also provided with auxiliary rectangular transportation chutes interconnecting the side chutes; taper liquid traps with pressure risers mounted in side chutes whose upper side edges have slots. Provided in bottom portion of side chutes are guide plates to which distributing stacks are connected. Distributing stacks are made in form of set of vertical metal screens divided by means of longitudinal horizontal plates, washers, distance bushes, fastening ears assembled by means of bolt joints. Ends of taper traps provided with pressure risers, side chutes and main transportation chute are closed with plates. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. |
