FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: remote prechamber is provided with air cooling radiator. Prechamber is also provided with plates-gaskets whose outer portion is made in form of movable tabs; angle of inclination of these tabs relative to axis of prechamber is changed depending on ambient temperature. Besides that, prechamber has threaded joint for securing it on engine housing; prechamber is coated with low-melting-point metal. Required area of surface for air cooling shell be ensured which is adjusted depending on ambient temperature; in heating the "prechamber-plug" system, layer of molten metal possessing high heat-transfer coefficient shall be obtained on threaded joint. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cooling and safe operation of internal combustion engine. |
