The parent patent (Application No. P4335642.7) describes a method of producing dense building constructions from special concretes, contg. brown coal filter ash and hard coal filter ash, and having pliable to flowable consistency, by casting, spraying, centrifuging and/or pressing using load-bearing substrates, bores or shuttering. In this patent of addn., the novelty comprises: (a) intensively mixing 0.1-9.8 pts. wt. hydraulically active brown coal filter ash, and 0.2-9.9 pts. wt. hard coal filter ash, together with 2-3.9 pts. wt. water (based on 10 pts. wt. dry ash) to produce a pre-mix; (b) adding opt. further additives and further water to cover the total min. water requirement of all dry substances added to the mixt.; and (c) using the resulting plastic pressable mortar or castable concrete, together with shuttering, surfaces to be covered or bores to be filled, to produce hollow bodies with dense walls, or to produce dense surfaces.
