<p>A tube-tape-forming apparatus having a tube forming base (41) with a half-fold means (46) on a feed end (42), a full-fold means (48) on a cut-off end (43) and a transition-fold means (47) intermediate the half-fold means and the full-fold means. The tube tape formed may be used in flattened form or hand-inflated to be used in tubular form. A tape dispenser (92) at the feed end and a cut-off blade (95) at the cut-off end can be provided in accordance with use conditions.</p> |
