The servo control system includes the steps of; detecting a position and a velocity, modulating three-phase signal by using PWM modulation circuit, and controlling a motor. The circuit includes a multiplicator(41,42) for multiplying output signal respectively, a low pass filter(42,44) for removing a harmonic wave, a multiplicator (45,46) for generating a sine wave, a phase change circuit(48) for having a phase change output, and a RWM change circuit for recoding the above three species output.
