<p>PURPOSE: To secure the product stability by compacting and sintering metal powder at the 1st layer part and the 2nd layer part. CONSTITUTION: Sintered metal parts have a 1st layer part 1 forming a spherical part and a 2nd layer part 2 forming disk part. The 1st layer part 1 is made by compacting and sintering metal powder and has a flange part 3 and further forms projecting part 5 toward the 2nd layer part 2 side on a flange part 4 and the flange part 3 is made to enter the 2nd layer part 2 from a peripheral part of the projecting part 5. Since the 1st layer part 1 fitted to a piston and required to have a large strength, iron powder such as iron or steel or the like having high strength is used. Similarly, the 2nd layer part 2 is formed by compacting and sintering sintered metal powder and is layered on the 1st layer part 1 in the state wherein the flange part 3 enters the inside. The 2nd layer part 2 is formed using copper powder such as brass or bronze or the like, having excellent slidability. Thereby, cleavage or peeling between the layers can be prevented.</p> |
