<p>PURPOSE: To prevent buckling liquid from generating, in processing a steel strip through an acid cleaning line or the like, by setting a specific threshold limit value on a working temperature and a strain rate for a L0ders' line generated on the processing steel strip and withdrawing it at this threshold limit value or below. CONSTITUTION: A buckling liquid is due to a LOders' line generated wide and deep; therefore, a working temperature or a strain rate is predetermined for the LOders' line generating on each processing steel; setting a transition temperature or a transition strain rate at such working temperature or strain rate as the depth of the LOders' line reaches a prescribed value or above. Passing in the processing line of the steel strip is done at this transition temperature or strain rate. Since it is difficult to deal with this strain rate as a control item in the actual processing line, the strain rate is controlled by converting a strain quantity on the steel strip in the line to the passing speed of that processing line with the use of a mathematical formula.</p> |
