<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative transmission spectral analysis method which requires no complicated dosage adjustment. SOLUTION: A sample is made to contact to a sample carrier 2 having a single net, so that liquid spreads over mesh of the net 3, thus a liquid film is formed in the mesh. The sample carrier 2 is exposed to light beam flux, essentially perpendicular to the surface of the net 3, and then the transmitted irradiation light beam is detected. Based on the detected irradiation light beam and effective volume of the sample liquid detected by the light beam, quantitative transmission spectral analysis method far a single or multiple to-be-analyzed materials contained in the sample liquid is realized.</p> |
