<p>PURPOSE: To reliably inspect whether a grommet attached to a wire harness has a regular shape or not. CONSTITUTION: A grommet inspecting apparatus is a jig 10 to inspect whether a grommet 11 with a prescribed shape is attached or not while the grommet 11 being attached to a wire harness, wherein the grommet is provided with an attachment-to-vehicle part 11a to be attached to a panel of a vehicle and an electric wire insertion part 1b. On one hand, a projected part 11c for inspection is formed at a prescribed position of an outer face of the attachment-to- vehicle part of the grommet and on the other hand, a grommet storage part 11b is formed in the jig. Further, a recessed part 10e for inspection in which the projected part for inspection is to be fitted is formed while being extended from a groove 10c in which the attachment-to-vehicle part is fitted in the grommet storage part and a button 25 of a detection switch 13 electrically connected with a display means is projected in the recessed part for inspection.</p> |
