<p>PURPOSE: To provide a process for the production of pasted disks capable of inexpensively producing a large quantity of the pasted disks which are not easily deformed in spite of storage or resting over a long period of time at a high temp. and an apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Thermoplastic adhesives are applied on the adhesive surfaces of at least one disk of single-sided disks (a), (b) in a roll coater 14. Further, a liquid reaction curing adhesive is applied in the stamper clamping groove (d) of either one disk in a liquid adhesive applying device 16. The adhesive surfaces of a pair of the single-sided disks (a), (b) coated with the thermosetting adhesives and the reaction curing adhesive are butted against each other and are pasted to each other by compression pressing in a compression pressing chamber 20. At this time, the disks are compression pressed in a vacuum atmosphere. The disks are compression pressed under irradiation with UV rays if the reaction curing adhesive is a UV curing type adhesive and the disks are compression pressed after the irradiation with the UV rays if the adhesive described above is a cation polymerizable UV curing type adhesive.</p> |
