<p>PURPOSE: To reduce a producing cost and a thickness by incorporating plural photodetecting parts and a read-out circuit to a first electrode substrate. CONSTITUTION: This display is provided with an array substrate SB1 provided with plural pixel electrodes 25 arrayed in a state of a matrix, an opposite substrate SB2 having opposed electrode 26 placed opposite with the plural pixel electrodes 25, and a liquid crystal cell 4 which is held between the first and second electrode substrates SB1 and SB2 and set to the distribution of light transmittance corresponding to the distribution of potential impressed to the plural pixel electrode 26 which is used as a reference for displaying a picture. In addition, the array substrate SB2 is provided with the plural photodetecting part arrayed in the state of a matrix corresponding to the pixel electrode 25 of each prescribed number and respectively detecting the incidence of spot light and the read-out circuit reading out the detecting result of the plural photodetecting part so as to obtain the locus of spot light as an input picture.</p> |
