SUBSTANCE: set has device for moving the parts being dried along predetermined trajectory; at least one microwave energy source, at least one device for treatment of wooden parts by microwave energy, line for transmission of microwave energy to this device, device for blowing parts and removing suspended moisture and device for automatic follow-up matching of microwave energy source and microwave transmission line. Device for automatic follow-up matching is made in form of unit of measurement of standing-wave ratio and compensation of reflected wave in transmission line; unit is made in form of probe standing-wave ratio meter, computer and control unit and stub tuning device connected in series.
