<p>PURPOSE: To enhance transparency, flexibility, heat resistance and mouth opening properties by using a compsn. prepared by mixing an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having specific density and an ethylenic polymer in a specific wt. ratio in the inner and intermediate layers of a container. CONSTITUTION: A laminate is constituted of a layer (A) consisting of 100-20wt.% of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (I) with density of 0.900-0.940g/cm<3> obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and 3-20C a-olefin in the presence of a catalyst containing a compd. of group IV metal containing a ligand having a cyclopentadienyl skeleton as an essential component and 0-80wt.% of other ethylenic polymer (III), a flexible and transparent intermediate layer (B) consisting of 100-20wt.% of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer (II) obtained in the same way in the presence of a catalyst containing the catalyst used in the production of the copolymer (I) and a cocatalyst and having density of 0.920g/cm<3> or less lower than that of the copolymer (I) and 0-80wt.% of the ethylenic polymer (III) and a heat-resistant layer (C) composed of a resin with a fusion peak of 120 deg.C or higher.</p> |
