<p>PURPOSE: To provide a resin intake system having intake control valves and allowing metal mold structure to be simplified and the accuracy of axial alignment to be maintained. CONSTITUTION: A resin intake system is provided with intake control valves 31 supported on a shaft 30 provided with an intake passage formed in the opened state and having an axis in the orthogonal direction to the axes of opening parts 16. An intake manifold is molded in resin formed of at least an intake manifold body 10 and an intake manifold collecting part having divided faces between both. Then divided faces of the intake manifold body 10 are provided with grooves orthogonal to the axes of the opening parts 16, and bearing members 32 for supporting the shaft 30 slidably are mounted in the grooves. Protruding parts provided protruding from the dividing faces of the intake manifold collecting part are brought into contact with the bearing members 32.</p> |
