PURPOSE: To easily form a hollow seal part to the required length part of a base body part in a weather strip equipped with the hollow seal part and to prevent trouble such that elasticity becomes excessive in the closed end part of the hollow seal part. CONSTITUTION: The first extrusion port 22 corresponding to a base part layer and the second extrusion port 23 corresponding to a skin layer 13 are respectively formed to an extrusion molding die 21. A weather strip is produced by an extrusion molding process performing the extrusion molding of the base part layer 3 from the first extrusion port 22 while performing the extrusion molding of the skin layer 13 from the second extrusion port 23, a protruding part 14 molding process changing the shape of the second extrusion port 23 at the part of the skin layer 13 corresponding to a hollow seal part 12 when the extrusion molding of the skin layer 13 from the second extrusion port 23 is performed and forming a protruding part of which the outer surface protrudes outward and the inner surface is depressed to the skin layer 13 and a pressure bonding process superposing the skin layer 13 from both processes on the upper surface of the base part layer 3 to bond both layers under pressure. |
