<p>PURPOSE: To produce a high quality optical disk almost free from residual air at the stuck part. CONSTITUTION: A 1st resin substrate 2 with a recorded signal is coated with a UV-curing resin 9 from a discharge nozzle, a 2nd resin substrae 6 is put on the resin 9 and the substrates 2, 6 are stuck to each other by curing the resin 9. In this method for producing an optical disk, the top of the 1st resin substrate is coated with the UV-curing resin in a spiral linear locus at the time of coating with the resin. Since the remaining of air at the stuck part of the resultant optical disk can be prevented, mechanical strength is satisfactorily ensured, uniformity in appearance is attained and the objective high quality optical disk is produced.</p> |
