The invention discloses a management network for transport instructions (Oi) originating from user clients (Ci) and executed by transporters (Ti), characterised in that it includes a central processing unit (CPU) connected to the users (Ci) for receiving and managing transport instructions (Oi), and particularly for distributing the instructions to different terminals (Bi), each of which has a peripheral processing unit (PU) connected to the CPU, and means (12, 14, 16, 18), connected to the peripheral processing unit (UP), for identifying the transporters (Ti); for exchanging (14) data between the terminal (Bi) and approved transporters (Ti); for displaying (16) instructions (Oi) to be executed; and for printing (18) and delivering to a transporter (Ti) a list corresponding to the instructions to be executed. The invention is particularly useful for managing a network of delivery agents.
