<p>PURPOSE: To sustain the shape of coil by performing arranged tight winding at the opposite end parts of the outermost layer of a bobbinless coil when the number of turns of the outermost layer is fractional and performing rough winding at a constant interval in the central part of the outermost layer while separating the windings from each other. CONSTITUTION: A winding 1A is fed in the direction 1a at a pitch P1 by an amount corresponding to the wire diameter thus forming a tightly arranged first layer. The winding 1A is then fed in the direction 1b, i.e., the direction of second layer, and further fed in the direction 2a at a pitch P1 by an amount corresponding to the wire diameter thus forming a tightly arranged second layer. Similarly, a tightly arranged third layer is formed. With regard to the fourth layer, i.e., the outermost layer, the winding 1A is fed by more than one turn in the direction 4a from the coil end at a pitch P1 by an amount corresponding to the wire diameter thus forming a tightly arranged layer. Rough winding is performed in the central part by feeding the winding 1A at a pitch P2 (P1 <P2 ) by an amount corresponding to the wire diameter or more and arranged tight winding is performed at the end-of-winding part by feeding the winding 1A by more than one turn at a pitch P1 by an amount corresponding to the wire diameter. This structure sustains the bonding force of a bobbinless coil having predetermined coil length and number of turns.</p> |
