<p>PURPOSE: To improve the working rate of a manufacturing device by selecting a product whose set-up change is not required when the number of product processings which are processed after set-up change immediately before does not reach a prescribed value at the time of selecting a product which is to be processed next. CONSTITUTION: When respective pieces of information on device names and product processings are transmitted from manufacture devices 5a-5x, a process processing control part 17 recognizes them as product processing requests. When the product which can be processed exists in the products waiting for the processing based on processing waiting product information, the necessity or unnecessity of set-up change is judged. When the product which needs set-up change and the product which does not need set-up change exist, a processing number count value showing the number of product processings which are continuously processed without set-up change after set-up change immediately before is obtained. Then, whether the number reaches a setting value S against a processing condition after set-up change immediately before or not is judged. When it does not reach the setting value S, the lot of the product which does not need set-up change is selected. Thus, the working stop time of the manufacture device by set-up change can be suppressed to a minimum.</p> |
