<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently control noise by providing plural discharge ducts indepen dent from each other and arranging the discharge ducts in the relation of not overlapping the vertical and horizontal projects of their discharge port, so as to prevent noise from creeping from another system. CONSTITUTION: The plural discharge ducts independent from each other 1 and 1' are provided. A noise detection sensor 10 is fixed to the inlet side of the discharge duct 1 and an error detection sensor 11 is fixt to the outlet side of the discharge duct 1. In addition, to the discharge duct 1', a noise detection sensor 10' and an error detection sensor 11' are fixed like the discharge duct 1. Then the respective discharge ducts 1 and 1' are arranged so as not to overlap the vertical and horizontal projects of the discharge ports by the noise detection sensors 10 and 10' and the error detection sensors 11 and 11'. Thereby, noise is efficiently controlled lest the noise of discharged air mutually influence the other discharge duct.</p> |
