A method, apparatus and device for activating a task management interface. The method comprises: receiving an instruction for activating the task management interface (S110); displaying the task management interface in response to the instruction for activating the task management interface, wherein the task management interface comprises at least one preview interface of an application and an icon corresponding to at least one function of the application (S120); receiving an operation instruction for the icon (S130); switching the application corresponding to the icon to foreground and performing the function in response to the operation instruction (S140). Thus, a user can have easy and quick access to the function of the application contained in the task management interface, thereby improving user experience.
