<p>PURPOSE: To improve the yield of a wire body by preventing the winding end of the wire body from crashing into the wire body winding layer of a winding bobbin after passing through the notch opening of a terminal cover. CONSTITUTION: The notch opening of a terminal cover 26 covering a fully-wound winding bobbin 12 is squeezed when the normally vertically opened moving covers 46, 48 are closed across the notch opening. Since the wire body portion including the winding end of the wire body 1 is guided into the terminal cover 26 through a throttle passage 44 formed by the moving covers 46, 48, the advancing force of the winding end toward a wire body winding layer 1A on the winding bobbin 12 is weakened. The centrifugal force by the rotation of the winding bobbin 12 surpasses the advancing force toward the wire body winding layer 1A, the winding end does not crash into the wire body winding layer 1A on the winding bobbin 12, and the wire body winding layer 1A is not damaged.</p> |
