PURPOSE:To connect simply projected ribs with recessed ribs when a U-shaped channel is cut at any knot by providing a plurality of knots provided with projected ribs with recessed channels between both ends of the U-shaped channel. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin U-shaped channel 1 is provided with an almost U-shaped section formed with a bottom wall 2 and side walls 3, 3 on the left and right and lug edges 5, 5 of section L-shape swelling outside are formed at the upper ends of side walls 3, 3 on the left and right. Two projected ribs 4a, 4a projected from the U-shaped channel outer surface are provided on one end, while a recessed channel 4b for forming the projected rib swelling out to the U-shaped channel outer surface side at the other end is formed. A plurality of knots 4 are formed at equal intervals between both ends of the U-shaped channel 1. The knots 4 are formed communicately adjacent in front and rear by means of two projected ribs 4a and 4b and recessed channel 4b through a step 4c for cutting, and the projection dimension H of projected ribs 4a, 4a is equal to the dimension of the depth D of the recessed channel 4b minus U-shaped wall thickness dimension F, while the inner width dimension W of the recessed channel 4b is equal to the dimension L from the step 4c for cutting to the projected rib 4a on the front side. The difference in dimension G of the step 4c for cutting is equal to the U-shaped wall thickness dimension F. |
