摘要 FIELD: strength testing. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to field of examination of strength properties of compressor rotor blades of gas-turbine engine during collision against foreign objects by way of determination of time of collision and computation of force of impact of impact object against compressor rotor blade. Determination of time of collision and computation of force of impact of impact object against compressor rotor blade is carried out with simulation of actual conditions of operation of gas-turbine engine. Given method is realized in the following way. Impact object with speed given to it by acceleration aid collides with obstacle (blade) and rebounds with change of trajectory and speed of flight. Process of collision is recorded on photofilm with the use of photographic device. Time between two adjacent tracks amount to $$$ s Length of track is found by means of coordinate grid on which lines of circumference are drawn with spacing of 1.0 cm. Knowing time and path one determines flight speed V. Path of track to collision $$$ and after it $$$ as well as values a and b are found in similar way with the aid of coordinate grid. Collision time $$$ and force P of impact are calculated by formulas $$$; $$$, where $$$ is change of speed on impact object during time $$$, m/s; M is mass of impact object, kg; a is distance from collision point to end of preceding track, m; b is distance from collision point to end of track, m. Proposed method enables strength calculation of compressor rotor blades of gas-turbine engine to be carried out with the use of parameters of actual process of collision with impact (foreign) object. EFFECT: increased authenticity of method.
