<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold parts each other even in the case where the medium pressure is high or a peak of the medium pressure exceeds a specified value by providing a surface layer having flexibility without generating a crack in a locking member of an engagement part (nibble). SOLUTION: A surface layer 9 is relatively soft, and has elasticity so that a ball 5" is sunk in the surface material and generated a cap-shaped contact surface 5a larger than that of a point contact. The surface layer 9 is formed so that the ball 5" can be sunk without generating a fine crack. A part 11 of the surface layer 9 for generating a cushioning work of the surface layer 9 is generated by the elasticity of the surface material, and this part for generating the cushioning work increases the ball 5" supporting force without generating a crack of the surface layer 9 and the ball 5". When the force F is eliminated, a constant bounce work can be obtained by the surface layer 9. This work is fully or partially generated so as to cope with the height of the cap.</p> |
