摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an alloy coated material for electromagnetic induction heating, having a nickel-cobalt alloy coating film capable of electromagnetic induction heating. CONSTITUTION: This material is an alloy coated material for electromagnetic induction heating, having a plating film which is formed by electroless or electrolytic plating and in which the alloy proportion between nickel and cobalt is regulated to 99:1 to 1:99 by atomic number ratio and also plating thickness is regulated to 10-100μm. This plating film has a magnetic permeability higher than that of simple nickel plating film or cobalt plating film and is increased also in the outermost skin electric current by electromagnetic induction.
