The twin beam(1,1') with a supporting muscle(3) and the main frame(2) on both sides of the supporting muscle(3) is extruded in a solid type. The twin beam is bent by a bending machine. After that the connection part(6) is cut along the division part(5). Using the upper and lower beam, a bent window frame(7) is constituted. As the twin beam is extruded in a solid form and is bent before separation, the upper beam and the lower beam have the same bending angle, which warrants the smooth sliding of the window.
