PURPOSE: To inexpensively manufacture a connecting structure without being affected by the heat of a circuit part and with a small number of connecting parts. CONSTITUTION: A plate conductor 12 is arranged with a gap G with a flexible wiring board 2, and the plate conductor 12 is fastened and fixed to a case 1 by a bolt 14. The flexible wiring board 2 is bent in the tip direction of the bolt 14 by the forced insertion of the bolt 14, and a copper foil 7 on this bent part 15 is brought into contact with the outer circumference of the bolt 14, whereby the plate conductor 12 is electrically connected to the flexible wiring board 2. |
