PURPOSE: To provide a system in which specific information acquired by a mobile terminal equipment itself from a data management center is manually and directly entered onto an IC card by a key pad of the mobile terminal equipment not via a specific information exclusive writer having been installed in a sales shop in a conventional system in the case of initial registration setting of specific information (e.g. telephone number) to the mobile terminal equipment in order to identify itself prior to the start of use of the mobile terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: The system is used to initially registers specific information to identify itself to a mobile terminal equipment 3 prior to start of use of the mobile terminal equipment 3 and made up of an IC card 1 having a memory, a slot 2 by which the IC card 1 is mounted/withdrawn, and the mobile terminal equipment 3 having the IC card manual entry mode entering manually the specific information to the IC card 1, and after the end of the IC card manual entry mode, the specific information is stored in the IC card 1 and the memory of the mobile terminal equipment 3. |
