PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the channel efficiency and to enhance the efficiency of a database and a data terminal equipment in a ratio data communication system where data communication is made between the database and the data terminal. SOLUTION: A storage device 15 is connected to either one of a mobile relay center 12, a mobile relay station 14 on a base station 16 between a database 10 and a terminal equipment 17 and the channel speed between the database 10 and the terminal equipment 17 is adjusted by buffering data sent/ received between the database 10 and the terminal equipment 17 thereby enhancing the operating efficiency of the channel. Furthermore, when the communication is failed, since either one of the mobile relay center 12, the mobile relay station 14 or the base station 16 shares retrial processing, the efficiency of the database 10 and the terminal equipment 17 is improved. |
