PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detach a heat transfer tube.SOLUTION: A dismantling method for a heat exchanger (steam generator 1) having in a trunk 2 a plurality of heat transfer tubes 5 and constituted of an arcuate portion and a straight portion 5b extending from both ends of the arcuate portion, the end of the straight portion 5b, which end is opposite to the arcuate portion, being fixed to a tube plate 4, comprises the step of removing the arcuate portion of the heat transfer tube 5, the step of disconnecting the straight portion 5b of the heat transfer tube 5 and the tube plate 4; and the step of pulling out the straight portion 5b of the heat transfer tube 5 from the trunk 4 of the heat exchanger along the direction of extension of the straight portion 5b. |
